Refunds & Return

At WatchMonde.com, we aim at providing the best service to our customers. That is why we have a 14-day hassle-free return behind every purchase. That is, if, for any reasons, you changed your mind, you may return the ordered watch for a refund. Please, note that shipping fees are deductible from a refund amount. Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please let us know about that upon receipt, so that we could process your return as soon as possible. No shipping fees deduction is implemented in this case.

All watches can be returned for either refund or replacement. The replacement will be of the same watch model. Currently, we do not offer exchange of items. Alternatively, you can return the purchased item and place a new order.

To proceed an automatic return request, you should pass through Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process.  Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service through online contact form and ask for a return.

THE RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) PROCESS IN 3 EASY STEPS

 

1. Obtain the RMA authorization after you submit an RMA request via My Account

To request an RMA you should:

   1. Log into your Account page.
   2. On the My Account homepage, click History and details of my orders to view your orders.
   3. In the row of the order that contains the watch you want to return, click details.
   4. In the order details, mark the checkbox of the watch you want to return.
   5. In the Quantity box, type how many of the items you want to return.
   6. In the Merchandise return box, type the reason for the RMA.
   7. Click Make an RMA slip.

 

RMA requests should include the following information: reason for return (including images, if necessary), your preference to replace the item or refund your money, and other related concerns.

 

2. Ship the goods to be returned after you have received the RMA authorization

Some of watches are shipped directly from our suppliers , so, please, use a return address provided you through RMA authorization or by WatchMonde Customer Service Center. 

All original  accessories, components, manuals, documents and packaging must be returned with your watch . WatchMonde.com cannot process RMA returns that are incomplete. 

Note: Please provide a tracking number for return shipments. WatchMonde.com will not take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments. 

3. Receive the replacement or refund

WatchMonde.com will arrange for reshipment or refund within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned items.
